Rhode Island energy deregulation laws, passed in 2005, restricted National Grid from manufacturing electricity. They were now required to purchase energy, your energy, from outside suppliers (who buy their energy from generators), throughout North America. These news laws also allow, you, the energy user, to have a hand in choosing your competitive priced energy supplier.  The new laws still require that your current utility company remain the same for delivery and outages and that all infrastructure will remain in place, as always. The only change overall will be your cost per kilowatt hour (kwh) and therm.   Similar laws  have been in place MA, CT, and 10 other states.

RESTAURANT ENERGY GROUP   (PURPOSE)

To provide restaurant owners with the lowest hourly cost for energy based on a group total kwh usage...

A group of restaurants that use a total of   1 million kwh per year will receive a lower rate per kwh than one restaurant consuming 100k kwh per year.  Imagine the savings based on a group using 10 million kwh per year!

My goal is to make that happen. I am presently acquiring indications of interest from restaurant owners.  I am an energy cost consultant providing a free service to
venues, by helping them to save money.

Time-frame  to begin : May 1st, 2012
